I have been working in Real Estate since 2004. I have worked in every area of Colorado and along the Front Range. My area of expertise is REO (Real Estate Owned) better known as bank owed or foreclosures. I consider myself very knowledgeable when it comes to this area of real estate and bring my own prespective to the table when it comes to investors and new home owners. I have invested, so I know how that area works not only for buyers, but for sellers as well. I have also been a home owner, so I know how scary and unnerving that can be as well.
